Maxwell

Stewart Maxwell is a Wellness Consultant. He is a certified Reiki Master, Tai Chi Sifu (master) and Yoga instructor, personal trainer and Kung Fu instructor.

He is also certified in sports and Swedish massage therapy. Stewart has been practicing Tai Chi and Yoga for 16 years, Reiki for the past 10 years and massage therapy for the past eight. He has been working in these disciplines in Jamaica since returning from the United States in 1996.

His clients include organisations and individuals. He is currently a mind-body coach for sports teams, including the 2007 National Basketball league Champions - The Urban Knights. Stewart also offers weekly classes in Tai Chi and Yoga and individualised sessions for private clients island-wide. He trains first and second level Reiki practitioners.
